Color Steel Integrated Non-Pressurized Solar Thermal Water Heater Features description:
1.Non-pressurized solar water heater is such kind of a most economical system with high efficiency at the same time. It works depending on the gravity of water, so it's much better to be installed on the slope or flat roof as top as possible to get enough hydraulic pressure.
2.A simple assistant tank can be equipped for tap water refill automatically or with an intelligent controller to control the startup of auxiliary heating device at the same time.
3.Vacuum tube: Hail-resisting borosilicate glass with high-tech selective coating ensures an efficient solar collecting, tri-target vacuum tube with its patent interference coating makes the efficiency not only improved by 12% but also with a high temperature resistantce (380oC).
4.Inner water tank: Food-grade stainless steel SUS304-2B as inner tank keeps the water clean and drinkable, together with advanced welding technics to ensure it with a long lifespan (15 years).
5.Water tank shell: Imported color steel plate, with its outer coating treatment ensures a long life even to ocean coast weather.
6.Insulation Layer: Germany-imported polyurethane integrated foam-forming with twice slaking treatment, preserves hot water constantly as long as 70~80 hours.
.Supporting Bracket: Hot-DIP galvanized steel plate with a good weight bearing and wind resistance(140 km/hr), super mechanical performance and corrosion resistance ensures a long life to ocean coast, easy installation, universal bracket suitable for either flat or slope roof installation.
8.Accessories: Stainless bolts & nuts, water-proof silicon rubber, anti-aging dustproof rubber seal, plastic pipe holder and ventilating cap to ensure their lives as long as other parts of the system
Working Theory:
1.Since the density of hotter water is much small than colder water, the hotter water is always floats upon colder water.
2.The coat of vacuum tube absorbs solar irradiation to warm water inside tube, hotter water rises from tubes to storage tank, and the same time colder water in storage tank sinks down to vacuum tubes, this natural convection will last till the water in whole system reaches the highest temperature due to local solar irradiation and duration in a single day.

2.Electrical heater, as an auxiliary heating element in case of raining or snowing days so as to ensure a continous hot water supply
