Product Description Our paper roll cutting machine adopt the advanced technique from Taiwan and Germany, and combined with our more than 20 years' experiences in producing sheet cutter machines. The machine is designed as high-speed & high precision, transmitted by servo motor, tungsten steel single blade. Cutting blades are imported from Germany, reduce the cutting load & noise effectively, so knife service time is lengthen. Reduce the shake when machine operates at a high-speed through balance adjustment.Germany precise bear and cutting knife assure the high cutting precision. Germany accuracy bear and improved no-clearance gear with low meshing noise, have twice longer on service time compared with the conventional design. 3 sets of slitting knifes, with clean cutting edge and middle slitting, no bur and dust generated, can be printed directly. The speed of cutting paper have fast and slow speed sections in order to show the effect of separating counting and stack. The reduction wheels have a good affection on protecting paper surface against any scratches and do not have any facula. Electric control system with energy storage tank can save 30% electricity consumption. Under full capacity, the current is about 10A to 15 A VS 60A without energy storage tank. Product Parameters

2 Cutting Unit
On the knife the British cutter method to reduce the load and noise when the cutter extend cutter life.

4 The Conveyor and Paper Collection System by Jogger
