A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design frstly.We accept OEM/ODM for every customer, but we may have request MOQ for customized products.
Q5: DO you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our products. You can get free maintenance or we can send you new for your replacement, we will refer to the real-situation. Anyway, we will responsible for it.
Q6: Are there any testing be done before shipment?
A: Yes, quality is the essence of enterprise, we have professional Q&C team who will check products one by one before goods leave the factory.
