Overview
The animal carcass crusher is single-axis crusher, the single-axis crusher is mainly composed of sealed silo, crushing chamber, crushing knife shaft, power mechanism, frame, discharge bin, observation and access port and other components, single-axis crusher is widely used in dead pigs, dead cattle, dead chickens, rabbits and other sick animals crushing reduction treatment. The top of the crusher is equipped with automatic sealing silo, which can realize the closed crushing of sick and dead animals, and prevent the spilling of blood and odor; The bottom of the silo is a crushing chamber, and the tearing and cutting of the knife shaft will break the bodies of various sick and dead animals to about 50mm. The lower part of the crushing chamber is set up an outlet silo, and the outlet silo is connected with the discharge spiral or the feed pump, and the crushed materials are transported to the subsequent equipment for further harmless treatment.
