The vulcanization rubber autoclave is the earliest vulcanization equipment used in rubber products. The heating method of the direct steam vulcanization rubber autoclave is direct steam heating. We will set up a steam inlet at the bottom of the rubber autoclave. The steam is heated by Entering from the bottom of the rubber autoclave, the air inlet is automatically controlled by a pneumatic angle seat valve. The steam diffusion tubes are arranged vertically at the bottom of the rubber autoclave. The small steam holes in the diffusion tubes are densely arranged according to certain rules and inclination angles to ensure that the temperature of the steam enters the rubber autoclave and spreads evenly around, preventing uneven steam diffusion and direct heating of the steam. The product heats unevenly. After setting the working program, the control system automatically performs air intake, exhaust, heating, insulation, vulcanization and other tasks. After vulcanization is completed, it automatically shuts down and emits an audible and visual alarm. The temperature and pressure in the vulcanization rubber autoclave are kept constant and uniform, which solves the problem of different product quality caused by uneven temperature and pressure of the products in the rubber autoclave.
