Packaging & Shipping
The packing for the electric bicycle is to remove the front wheel, to remove the front fork, take apart the handlebars, in order to decrease the outer size of electric bicycle, and then put them into 5-layer or 7-layer corrugated Kraft carton(if the lead-acid battery are put into the battery storage box, the outer carton must be 7-layer corrugated kraft. The cost of 7-layer carton is more added USD1.5/pc. If each group of lead-acid batteries is packaged separately, not in the carton of electric bicycles, five layers of carton are usually used.
