Product Description

SSD tunnel freezer is an effecient quick freezing machine which has simple structure, steady performance and wide application. According to the different types of conveyor, it can be divided into SSD-W mesh belt tunnel freezer amd SSD-B plate belt tunnel freezer. SSD-W mesh belt tunnel freezer is mainly suitable for freezing seafood, poultry, flour product, vegetarian diet and condiments, etc. SSD-B plate belt tunnel freezer is mainly suitable for large water content and soft food such as fish fillet, scallop, cuttlefish and shelled shrimp, etc.

The freeze form of SSD series tunnel freezer can be IQF, BQF and tray quick freezer. The freezing capacity can be 150~1500Kg/Hr.

And there is another type of tunnel freezer--SSD-C impact tunnel freezer. It is different with the SSD-W and SSD-B, mainly because the wind direction. The SSD-W and SSD-B are both blow the cool air horizontally, while the SSD-C is from up to bottom vertically.
