1. Raw Material Processing Section
Autoclaved aerated coagulation production utilizes essential raw materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This vital section manages the processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of our production line, this section focuses on crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we create the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, manage manual (or automatic) mesh hanging, and ensure seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the plates, managing manual (or automatic) hanging, and automating the circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section
Using a crane, the mold frame with the billet body is demudded. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting is performed to shape the product.
After cutting, the ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste efficiently.
Once the waste is cleared, the blank body is neatly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are pulled out by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard, ready for dispatch, thanks to our efficient packaging and transportation systems.
