Product Parameters
80tons of wheat flour milling equipment refers to a set of flour milling production equipment that uses wheat as raw material and has the ability to process 80 tons of wheat per day (or other specific time units). The following is an explanation of the equipment composition, working principle and application scenarios.
Cleaning equipment: such as vibrating screens, which can separate impurities in wheat, such as stones, soil, grass clippings, etc., from wheat through vibration; stone removers use aerodynamic principles and specific gravity differences to remove heavier impurities such as side stones in wheat; magnetic separators can absorb magnetic metal impurities in wheat to ensure subsequent processing safety and flour quality.

Grinding equipment: mainly milling machine, usually roller milling machine. It consists of milling, screening, transmission, frame and other parts.
