The key points are the size of interlayer area, the structural form of agitator and material outlet form, high-precision polishing in the tank body, and no dead angle in the tank body cleaning to meet the process conditions. The equipment is equipped with air respirator, cleaning ball, sanitary manhole, sight glass and other devices. Pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biological products fermentation tanks adopt aseptic system to avoid and prevent the pollution of microorganisms in the air, greatly extending the retention period and purity of your products. We specially design and install aseptic breathing hole or aseptic positive pressure fermentation system on the tank. Heating or cooling medium can be introduced for circulating heating and cooling. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316, insulation is made of polyurethane foam or pearl cotton, and the outer surface is frosted and Matt, which meets GMP standard.
