Description of Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt:

A heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multiple layers of rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high-temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, bonded together by high-temperature vulcanization, suitable for transporting hot coke, cement, slag, and hot castings below 175 ºC.
Feature Belt carcass can be high modulus low shrinkage EP fabric,or impact weft wire mesh or steel cord.Carcass is protected with modified SBR or EPDM cover compounds which have excellent thermal stability.Can be used to convey material with temperature to 300 C in steel plants,cement factories,and high temperature powders and lumps.

1. High temperature resistant conveyor belts have excellent performance in high temperature resistance, heat aging resistance, and ozone aging resistance. The conveyor belt will not experience early aging phenomena such as cracking.
2. High temperature resistant conveyor belts have good weather resistance and can be used in natural environments with sunlight, humidity, and cold for a long time. They can be exposed to sunlight for three years without cracking.
3. The interlayer adhesive strength of the high-temperature resistant conveyor belt is high, and there will be no foaming, delamination, or other phenomena during use; Aramid and metal mesh core high-temperature resistant conveyor belt skeleton materials have good high-temperature resistance and will not cause phenomena such as kelp edges during use.
