TUNNEL DRYER (MULTIPLE LAYERS RACK)
Tunnel dryer is continuous drying system, each brick do not contact any others so bricks are free from deforming and can getsmaximum efficiency of drying, it is suitable for high-end products like porous blocks, hollow blocks, tiles and facade bricksdrying.
Tunnel Dryer is computer-controlled, continuously operating modern industrial drying solution. Hydraulic pushers move the train ofdryer trolley go through tunnel non-stop at a predetermined rate. This method is ideal for heavy clay and ceramic industriesrequiring high volume production and/or a continuous production process. Computer technology allows dryer trolley movement through the dryer to be controlled for changes in firing curves and firingtemperatures. This increases product recovery and minimizes production disruptions Automatic controls can be programmed to makefiring changes for differences in product size and color.Tunnel dryer vary in width and length, some dryer may be over 90 feet width and 500 feet long.
