A:DMTC will reply to you in 24 hour when get a inquiry and the quotation will be sent within 1-2 days after we receive the inquiry with all the necessary details.

A:DMTC can help customer finish the design work together.
Q:How can you guarantee your quality?
A:We have established the quality system and the production process strictly follows the requirements of the quality management system. We have many equipment for inspecting the goods from material to finished parts.
For the production, each order we can support to produce the sample for checking before mass production according to your request.
And we have the inspection standard for mass goods of each order, ensure the goods is meet the requirement and after the inspection report by customer we will arrange the shipment.
Q:How quickly can I get my parts?
A:It depends on the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. For sample order, our delivery time is 3-7 days, commonly order, our delivery time is about 12-20 days. We will reply the detail delivery time after checking the drawings.
As for shipping, 3-7days by air-express. 15-30 days by ocean shipping globally.
Q:What payment terms used at DMTC?
A:We accept 30%-50% T/T in advance for the first cooperation and balance before shipment. For our close partner(cooperate more than 5 orders), we can support 100% payment net 20days after deliver goods if the amount less than 2000USD.
Q:How to complain about the goods? (non-conformity)
A:Simply notify us by email within 30 days from reception.
