Vacuum Pump--water ring vacuum pump
OVERVIEW
Water ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping gas and water vapor, the ultimate pressure can reach absolute pressure 3300pa (97% vacuum).
The working fluid of the 2BV series can be recycled using the pumped medium (liquid) to form a closed cycle system, thus achieving zero emissions and solvent recovery.
When the pump is working for a long time under the suction pressure close to the ultimate vacuum (the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid), the cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump.
When the pump is used as a compressor, its outlet pressure can be up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure).
2BV2-EX, 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are mainly used for pumping explosive gases, and used in various flammable and explosive environments, and its performance parameters are exactly the same as 2BV2, 2BV5 series.

Main feature

--Due to the inspection holes provided on the end cover of the pump, it is easy to view the internal structure and replace the suction and exhaust valve plates without dismantling the pump. In addition, the replacement of the packing can also be carried out without dismantling the pump cover, which is very convenient.
--This series of pumps adopts system optimization design and a flexible exhaust valve design to avoid over compression in gas compression. By automatically adjusting the exhaust area, energy consumption is reduced, ultimately achieving optimal operating efficiency.
--The maximum gas extraction capacity of the product can reach 1030m ³/min, which is particularly suitable for process selection with high extraction speeds.
