Disc blade thicknesses range from 2 mm (14 gauge) to 10 mm (3 gauge) to fit your soil conditions. Materials of disc blades are 65Mn and Boron Steel. 65Mn steel disc blade hardness is HRC40-44 and Boron Steel disc blades hardness is 48-52HRC. Center hole punches include round, square, square by round and square by square center holes. Each disc blade is heat treat for better flexibility and durability. We also offer disc harrow blades with standard and deep cone concavities.

Feture | These feature superior corrosion resistance with less maintenance requirements. The durable finish also results in providing longer service life of disc blades as well as more wear resistance while being used on soil. Comparing boron steel discs, it is lower cost with steady quality. | This hardness ensures flexibility and the ability to absorb impacts without breaking, providing the disc a longer life-span, even in the most severe soil conditions. Comparing 65Mn discs, boron steel discs combine toughness and flexibility that will enhance the life of the disc blade. It is currently the best in this industry, while it is more expensive. |
