All precision datum surfaces, such as between the spindle head and spindle, between the ball screw mounting objects and mounting surfaces, are used for manual scraping and repairing precision, and the contact rate can be maximized to obtain a reliable support datum. Through scraping and grinding operation, the amount of a time is about 1-3μm, and the flatness, straight Angle and true straightness which are difficult to be achieved by mechanical processing can be obtained to ensure the excellent quality of the machine.
