ProcessTea delivered as raw material is subjected to cleaning and shredding processes and then transferred to extraction tanks. Prepared water and tea mixture is separated as tea and sediment using HAUS DDF series decanters. Containing trace amounts of sediment in decanter centrifugal liquid output phase, the tea extract is fed into HAUS FBA series separator to eliminate the sediments. Tea extract cleared from its sediment are transferred to dryers upon evaporation to produce powder. Product Features The disc separator is a mechanical equipment that uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to continuously separate two liquids or solid-liquid suspensions with different densities. The parts in contact with the material of the separator are all made of stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food hygiene. Disc separator is mainly composed of import and export device, rotating drum, vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, body, speed measuring device, brake device and electric motor. The material is discharged with a centripetal pump structure, and is discharged by a centripetal pump after separation. The output pressure is high (0-0.5MPa) and can be directly transported to downstream equipment.
