Precautions with Cashmere

BST Cashmere advises you to wash your cashmere clothes regularly as the cashmere fiber requires water to guarantee its delicacy and quality. Please wash your cashmere by hands in cold water with a specific washing liquid, and make sure that you are not soaking them for too long, and by rinsing them with clean water. Wring them delicately in a towel. Then, dry them flat on a towel, safe from Heat and light sources. Gently Iron your cashmeres with a steam iron and a soft adapted temperature, without deforming them and pulling on the stitch. The emission of a small excess of cashmere under the form of pills is normal and natural. To avoid that, please wash your cashmere regularly to nurture its fiber. In case they appear, we advise you to use a specific type of razor fit for sweaters so as to remove them without risking damaging the fibers.
