This machine tool is suitable for processing various non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials with high-speed steel tools and carbide tools.
The following processing procedures can be completed on the machine tool:
a. Turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces and planes; various curved surfaces;
b. Turning inner and outer conical surfaces;
c. Grooving and cutting;
d. Drilling, reaming and reaming
The large castings of this machine tool use high-quality resin sand casting technology, and after rough machining, heat aging treatment is carried out to scientifically eliminate internal stress; the sliding surface of the machine tool is plasticized, which improves the wear resistance by more than 5 times and increases the accuracy of the guide rail. The sliding seat uses an independent automatic centralized lubrication device, and the electrical components use the international famous electric Schneider.
