Product Description Tire crusher, integrating modern technology and environmental protection concept, cuts and crushes the waste tires of cars, motorcycles and trucks based on comprehensive working principle. It is often used in waste tire granulation, grinding and other recycling systems.
Through the intelligent control system, the crusher can automatically adjust the crushing strength and speed according to the different types and hardness of the tire. From this point, it ensures the efficiency and particle uniformity, reduces energy consumption and improves the processing capacity. At the same time, the closed crushing and dust removal system effectively control dust, ensuring the cleanliness of the workshop environment and improving the health of workers.

Steel wire separator	Cut the rubber block through moving knife and fixed knife,Qualified rubber particles and steel wires are discharged through the sieve.
Conveyor	The material surface of the rack has undergone rust removal treatment.
Magnetic separator	The type of magnetic separator is permanent magnet self dumping type, which can effectively screen the separated steel wire.
