Definition About Cast Coasted Photo Paper
Coated on the surface of the original paper with a layer of micron-sized silicon oxide (about 2microns, two orders of magnitude larger than RC waterproof paper). And using chrome rail die casting during the production process to achieve "glossy" effect , so it's called "cast coated paper". Kindly note that silicon oxide coating is completely waterproof, but the paper base isn't waterproof, so the cast-coated paper is "semi-waterproof".
