SS Model Tripod Centrifugal Machine is top unloading,intermittent operation filtering typeone.It is suitable for separating the milk liquid which contains 0.01mm solid grains.The solid grains can be grain,crystal or fiber state.The machine is also used in dehydrating of materials such as yarn,each operation program can be adjusted at will,the filtered slag can be washed completely,the solid grain can not be broken easily,it has strong application and etc.It is widely used in chemical,light-industry,food,pharmacy,textile,metallurgy and other trades.The machine corresponds to GMP series design.

3.Work principle of the manual centrifuge separator:
The drum runs with high-speed by motor, materials enter the drum from top feed pipe ,then run forward to the shell of the drum by centrifugal force, in this case liquor pass through the sieve pore and sieve pore of the shell, then be discharged. Then solid be hold in the drum. After the separation ,open the machine, loosen the lock blocks on lip ring, and suspend the lip ring together with the filter bags containing cake to discharge. Loosen the grip, make sure the filter bag open, then the filter cake will automatic drop down.
