Product Description The Shredwell Rubber Powder Plant is to furthur grind the 1-5mm wire-free, fiber-free crumbs to 30-120 mesh fine rubber powder.
With our non-chemical processing system working at normal temperatures, it causes no secondary pollution.
During the final stage shredding of our Pulverizer, 1-5mm crumbs is shredded and classified to 30-120mesh fine rubber powder.
There are three big market segments for shredded rubber. They are TDF, rubber ground and civil engineering. TDF consumes about two quarters of the share. Rubber ground and civil engineering takes about one quarter each.
Rubber powder are widely used in reclaimed rubber. It can be made for water-proof products. It acts as a main ingredient in modified asphalt. The recovered steel can be recycled. The reclaimed textile has a very high burning value.
