2. Engineering assesses feasibility and provides a cost estimate.
3. The salesperson calculates the product cost and sends a quotation to the customer.
4. Upon customer price confirmation, sales will issue an order for sample production.
5. Manufacturing creates the necessary molds and produces samples.
6. Sales arranges for the delivery of samples.
7. Regular follow-ups are conducted to check the sample results.
8. Once samples are approved, the process moves to trial and mass production.

How are your products packaged for shipment?

We generally recommend EXW, FCA, or FOB. If you have other requirements such as CIF or DDU, please specify them when requesting a quote.

If the shipping terms do not involve us bearing the freight costs, such as EXW, FCA, or FOB, we can arrange air freight. If the shipping terms involve us bearing the freight costs, such as CIF or DDU, since our quotes are usually based on sea freight rates, you will need to cover the additional costs for air freight.
How do you ensure after-sales service?
We have dedicated customer service representatives. If any issues arise with the products, they will be addressed within 12 hours.
Can your company provide free samples?
It depends on the value of the samples. If they are too expensive, we cannot provide them for free.
