This hard PVC/CPVC hot-cutting pelletizing line consists of SJSZ series conical twin-screw extruder and corresponding pelletizing auxiliary machines.
Process flow:
Mixer→Spring loader→Conical twin-screw extruder→Mould & Cutter→Air-conveying system→Silo

1.Pet plastic bottle cleaning line is suitable for PET bottles (such as mineral water bottles, cola and other kinds of plastic bottles), such as de-labelling, crushing, washing, drying and other complete sets of production equipment, waste PET plastic bottles will be processed into bottle flakes and then granulation programme
2. According to the production capacity and cleaning requirements, our company has different standards of PET bottle recycling production line. The output of this PET bottle cleaning and recycling is between 200-2Tkg/h (for reference only)
3. You can choose the right PET bottle recycling washing line to produce high quality PET plastic, which can be used for selling, producing PET pellets or blowing bottles.
4. The water content of the final product is 3%-5% and in order to ensure good quality and long-term use of the line, the materials in contact with water are made of stainless steel 304.

The pp/pe film cleaning and recycling line is a recycling line that can crush, clean to dry the film woven bags tonne bags, it has high efficiency, stable work, large capacity and so on.
High level of automation to minimise your human costs and ensure high processing capacity: 500-2000kg/h.
Therefore, in order to ensure the durability of the machine and equipment and reduce the secondary pollution of the flakes, the equipment and water contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
