RETURN POLICY

If you receive a faulty product (manufacturing or fabric), or design that does not match the approved
artwork, we will gladly replace the product for you.Please return the faulty product so that we can assess
where the issue arose and hopefully prevent it from occurring again.We will not refund damaged items
caused by incorrect use or activities unsuitable for the garment.
All garments must be approved by you before production. This is done at the end of the design stage.
Approving design mocks ensure all parties agree to the artwork and garment being manufactured.
We rely on you to ensure names and numbers are spelt and allocated correctly on the garments.
Any errors in artwork, product type, spelling or quantity that have been approved and supplied by you
will not be refunded.We are more than happy to discuss alternate resolutions with you.
