Heater, separator, condenser, preheater, vacuum system, hot-press pump, electrical meter, control cabinet etc. Material 304 or 316L will be fix according to the materials requirement

Liquid-liquid falling film evaporator to recovery ethanol
After the process of plant oil extraction, the extract will do the process of filtration, and then concentration to recovery ethanol by three effect falling film evaporator.

The equipment is composed of a heater, a separator, a condenser, a pre-heater, vacuum system, heat pressure pump, control carbinet. Equipped with quick-open manhole for easy cleaning and feeding.	Steam into the concentration tank jacket, heating the material liquid to be boiling, ethonal(solvent) in the material vaporized, so as to reach the vapor liquid separation, steam out of evaporation chamber through a condenser, a cooler to be ethonal liquid.
