Product Description Graphite crucible is bowl ceramic with deep bottom, they are made of different content of silicon carbide particles added into the graphite crucible, such as a silicon carbide content of 50%, 24%, etc by fundamental of isostatic compaction technology.
It is new generation of silicon carbide graphite crucible adopted high-grade refractory material and formula. According to application, there are special silicon carbide crucibles for melting copper,aluminum,zinc oxide, zinc, and tin.
Advantages of graphite crucibles:
1. High temperature resistance:Graphite crucibles can withstand extremely high temperatures, up to 3000°C, and are suitable for high-temperature smelting and heat treatment.
2. Good thermal conductivity:Graphite has excellent thermal conductivity, can quickly and evenly transfer heat, improve heating efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
3. Strong thermal shock resistance: Graphite crucibles are not easy to crack under rapid temperature changes, and are suitable for occasions with frequent heating and cooling.
