Production Process
Process of poultry animal feed pellet line:
* Flow Chart: Crushing --- Mixing--- Pelletizing--- Cooling --- Packaging;
* Raw materials: concentrated feed, forage, straw, grass, corn, grain, rice husk;
* Application: make feed pellets for dog, cat, cow, chicken, sheep, pig, rabbit, pigeon, broiler, duck, goose;
* Pellet size: 2.5~12 mm diameter;
Wood Crusher:
Hammer mills are able to crush both forestry and agricultural material, brittle and fibrous material, such as bamboo, stalk, grass and shrub. Our hammer mill is the special milling equipment for materials of < 50 mm (diameter),< 300 mm (length), such as tree trimmings, wood pieces, crop stalks, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins and so on.
Feed Mixer
There are two kinds of type in Feed Mixer. One is horizontal feed mixer and crusher in one machine, it is fits in lower capacity.The other is vertical feed mixer. It is fits in high capacity.Feed Mixer machine put in a horizontal position, mixer with high effiency good quality, unloading quickly, less remain, adapt to the wide range, so far it is the most commonly used mixer.
Screw Conveyor
The working principle of the screw conveyor is that the rotating spiral blade will transfer the material. Material weight and screw conveyor shell of material friction resistance so that the material does not rotate with screw conveyor blade force.
Feed Pellet Machine
Pellet machines are widely used in feed factories, breed aquatics factories, organic fertilizer factories, chemical factory and China traditional medicine factories, etc. It can be used together with power material. Horizontal Cooler
This pellet cooler is base on the drum of rotary sieve which is made up of drum sieve and frame. On the adjustable speed system,the drum sieve is rotating on certain speed; the pellet is separated and cooled from top to bottom on the rotating of drum sieve.The fine powder is discharged from the front of drum sieve, and the good pellet is outlet from the back of drum sieve.
Packaging Machine
This machine adopts advanced microcomputer control processing technology, double-level laying-off control, which increases speed and accuracy, this machine is made of laying-off control devices, fixed bags and weighing control system. The part contacting with material adopts 304 stainless steel to improve corrosion resistance.

Suitable for processing different kinds of raw materials:
1. Cereals: soybean, maize,corn, grain, sorghum,corn flour, wheat flour, crop stalks (corn stalk, sorghum stalk, cotton, rape stalk, peanut seedling, sunflower stalk), chaff, grasses, shrubs;
2. Coarse fiber: wheat bran, corn stalk, soybean meal, grass meal, rice husk, grass, groundnut shell, cottonseed hull.
3. Additives: molasses, vegetable oil, Amino acid, bone meal, vitamin.
Final different size feed pellet:
1. Diameter of final feed pellets: 2mm, 3mm. 4mm, 5mm. 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc.
