The non-ferrous metals are recovered from the crushing materials of the automobile dismantling plant, from the copper aluminum casting sand and smelting ash, and from the waste motor crushing materials; the non-ferrous metals are recovered from the incinerated printed circuit board, from the domestic waste, industrial waste, electronic waste treatment, waste plastic doors and windows, boiler bottom ash and other non-ferrous metals. When the machine works, it will produce a high frequency alternating strong magnetic field on the surface of the sorting magnetic roller. The eddy current itself will produce a magnetic field in the opposite direction of the magnetic field. The non-ferrous metal (such as copper and aluminum) will leap forward along its conveying direction due to the repulsive force of the magnetic field, thus realizing Separation with other non-metallic materials, to achieve the purpose of separation, the main area of separation effect judgment is based on the material conductivity and density ratio value of the material is easier to separate.
Components of eddy current separator The eddy current equipment is composed of two parts: control and main body.
