1.Direct drive synchronous electric spindle device: magnetic ring type incremental encoder (Sine and cosine) positioning accuracy: 20 arc seconds, C-axis indexing accuracy: 40 arc seconds.
Effectively eliminate the vibration of spindle, and the deflection accuracy of the nose end is within 0.002mm. Improve the surface finish of the workpiece.

The spindle motor is equipped with cooling system to suppress the influence of thermal displacement and ensure a constant working temperature of the spindle. 3.Y-axis adopts 100MM stroke (±50 from the center line), capable of eccentric milling, drilling and tapping, equipped with a high-torque power turret and a servo-driven C-axis, capable of processing complex parts.
