Main working principle of equipment

A.Install the stainless steel cage with bulk fiber(the gland should be pressed well) and lift it

into the rotating cage of the dehydrator.

1.Open the water inlet valve, start the circulating pump to operate at speed 1, and start the

dehydrator motor to operate at speed A.When the water level rises to the approved water
level, the water inlet valve is closed.When rotate speed of circulating pump and dehydrator
motor rises to the set speed, wait for a moment to replenish the water level.Close the cover
of dehydrator and enter into process operation.

((The water is sucked by the circulating pump in the dehydrator and enters into the cen-
tral nozzle of the bulk fiber cage through the special motor with the central flow channel(the

dehydrator can rotate forward and backward under the control of the program) .Under the ac-
tion of the water pressure and centrifugal force, the water is ejected to penetrate the fiber
layer in a curve state, and then returns to the inside of the dehydrator through the stain-

2.The water in the charging bucket is pressed into the charging bucket by the main circula t-
ing pump through the automatic valve.There is also a water level sensor on the charging
bucket, and the automatic valve will automatically close when the water level reaches.There

to the program requirements.After the pre dehydration process, the drain valve is closed,

out the stainless steel bulk fiber cage.Then enter the opening and drying process.
