Our advanced device ensures precision with the capability to drill holes on three sides of H-beam steel concurrently. Equipped with an impressive 7-axis CNC system, it utilizes CAD/CAM for direct program generation. It supports a maximum H-beam section size of 1000×500mm and a maximum drilling diameter of 33.5mm. The control system integrates computer numerical control, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. By simply inputting the workpiece dimensions, the machine can automatically generate, store, recall, display, and process the machining program based on part numbers.
