Product DescriptionTire cutting system: Waste tires are crushed into 3-8cm rubber blocks by semi auto tire cutting system or tire shredder;
Rubber blocks will be crushed into rubber granules or rubber powder by rubber granule production line;
Magnetic separators remove steel wire from rubber granules or powder;
Fiber separator removes nylon fiber from rubber granules or powder;
Fine grinder system: Crush rubber granules or powder into more fine powder, like 60mesh, 80mesh, etc.

Technical Features:
1. The rotary and cutting blade with edge of special design, it can get very high efficiency and high capacity.
2. The double shaft shredder for tire/plastic is control by PLC system; the blade can rotate inopposite direction and close automatically if something unexpected happens; with very high safety service.

Product Details:
Tire Debeader
Tire debeader is the first process in waste tire treatment. Its function is to cut off the rim of the waste tire containing steel wire for the subsequent treatment by the double-shaft shredder. It effectively improves the service life of the blades and increases the working efficiency.
Double-shaft Shredder
The shredder uses motor soft starting method, and the processing capacity is 3-10 tons of waste tires per hour. It is composed of charging belt section and slope belt section. In order to ensure the pass rate of discharging block, the shredding unit is equipped with roller screen and other accessories.
Tire Thread Rolling Machine
It is used for removing wire rims from the inner tires. The blade of the cutter is alloy welded and has a hard, wear-resistant surface. The machine is equipped with a protective frame, which effectively prevents unsafe elements during the extraction process.
Tire Grater
The main function of the grater is to separate the rubber particles and steel wire from the input rubber block of about 50mm. There is a mesh screen in the machine to control the size of the particle discharge. Combined with linear feeder and magnetic separator, the separation of rubber particles and steel wire can be carried out on the linear feeder.
Rubber Crusher
It is equipped with overload protection device to protect the main parts from damage due to overload. It is also equipped with emergency brake, when an emergency occurs, pull the lever, it will immediately brake, safe and reliable.
