This hose production line consists of extruder,water flume,belt hauf-off unit,thread braided machine and hose coiler,etc. PVC hose extrusion line has the characteristics of reasonable match,unique structure,reliable performance,simple operation,easy maintenance and continuous producing capacity.The extruder screw and barrel are nitrided alloy steel.Jacketed water cooling system is on feed zone and alll zones of barrel are cooling by air blower.Heaters are mounted on the barrel.
