Printing product features
On non-absorbent plastic substrates, it cures quickly and has excellent comprehensive properties such as adhesion, gloss, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance.
Instructions for use
Screen version: It is recommended to use polyester mesh above 380 mesh for black ink, and polyester mesh above 350 mesh for other colors;
Tension 15N/cm-18N/cm; do not dry the photosensitive adhesive too thick to avoid affecting the curing performance and adhesion.
Squeegee: It is recommended to use a 70-75 degree flat angle for squeegee. If curved screen printing is used, a 70-75 degree flat angle can be used.
Or sharp angle scraper.
Usage: Color ink printing with 350 mesh is about 35-40m2/kg, white ink is about 32-35m2/kg.
Curing equipment: It is recommended to use medium and high pressure mercury UV lamps, 5KW*2 or more
Select additives: UVC-thinner, the proportion added to the ink is <10%
Screen cleaning: Just use ordinary screen washing water.

1. This series is suitable for printing on plastic sheets and plastic bottles. However, due to differences in various requirements such as adhesion, water resistance, solvent resistance, cold resistance, and heat resistance, customers are requested to do relevant trial work in advance. .
2. When this product is used for curved surface screen printing, its comprehensive effect is closely related to the color concentration of the ink, curing performance, screen production, power of the light-curing equipment, printing color sequence and many other factors.
