7. Could you provide us with free samples? Yes, free samples are available, but shipment cost is on customer.
8. Do you get the products sterilized before packing? Yes, all our medical disposables are packaged before EO sterilization.
9. What are your payment terms?
100% full payment is required for order that is less than value 5,000 $.
30% advance payment and balance before shipment is required for order that values 5,000 $ at least. 10. Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes, 14 months quality guarantee is provided; and even warranty date is expired we will still assist with our
agents/distributors for any technical support or refund policy.
