Beer can filling line is applicable for equal pressure filler and capper of carbonated drinks in beer and drink industry. It is a pop canned beer in the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign and domestic sealing machine on the basis of independent development of the can filling, sealing unit. Filling and sealing is the overall designed, power system by filling sealing system to ensure that both the absolute synchronization and coordination. Details

	Washing part Pass the turn cage, the bottle mouth is sprayed down into the cleaning liquid,after pass the turn cage again.
Filling part A pressure filling, air pressure control. Filling heads can adjust the height and control the level of liquid level. No leakage.
	Sealing part Air brake control drop cap, photoelectric control with no bottle without drop cap,with no bottle without seaming. Cans sealing heads: 2 screw head, diagonal as a capping head, an upper edge, a lower edge, in order to tight seal cans.
Conveyor system Conveying path support on the ground by tripod, driving motor adopt frequency control, it connects with washing filling and capping 3 in 1 machine and keeps pace with it. The filled bottles are conveyed by the conveyor system. Driving system is running by a main motor that adopts gear drive mode.
