2. Application and Characteristics
It is widely used in conventional grinding crushed materials, such as kaolin, limestone, calcite/calcspar,
talcum/steatite, graphite and other humidity less than 8%, Mohs hardness
of 6 or less superfine processing of nonflammable materials, is ideal nonmetallic mineral powder materials
processing equipment.
The machine characteristics as following:
1, compared with Raymond mill, a jet mill under the same dynamic conditions of high productivity more than
doubled, the grinding wheel to grind the material assure increased by 30% to 40% under the influence of high pressure centrifugal force.
2, output capacity: When crushed calcium carbonate, when the fineness of 10um, hourly output of up to 1 ton
3, the product fineness index is good: D97 = 3 ~ 35um, achieve fineness index fluidized bed jet mill.
4, grading impeller mounted variable speed device do not stop to adjust the granularity of the product, and fines can all recycle, do not pollute the environment.

Our Main Products
Working PrincipleAir classifier mill material would be conveyed by feeding system evenly to milling chamber, and would be impacted by highspeed rotating beater, and also under the centrifugal force, it would impact the grinding track. By several different pulverization powers, the material would be milled into fine powder. The milled powder would go with air flow up to the classifying chamber. With the help of adjustable classifier wheel,coarsepowder and fine powder would be separated. Qualified fine powder would go through the wheel vane then into the cyclone separator or dust collector, while mixture of coarse powder and fine powder would fall down to themilling chamber to be milled again.

6. If equipment repairing is needed after quality assurance date is expired, we will collect maintenance cost.
