The primary elements of the Vmc Machining Center, such as the base, workbench, column, spindle box, and saddle, are meticulously analyzed through FEA finite element analysis. This ensures a design that is optimized for lightweight yet high-rigidity performance. The proximity of the spindle center to the guide rail surface, combined with minimal flipping torque, significantly enhances processing stability. Utilizing resin sand molding and high-strength, high-quality cast iron with comprehensive heat treatment processes to eliminate residual stress, our machine tools offer unparalleled structural rigidity. Precision manual scraping of contact surfaces further ensures optimal structural integrity. We provide a comprehensive product line with varied specifications, complemented by a highly elastic automatic tool-changing system and vertical-horizontal tool exchange capabilities, delivering automated, efficient, and highly productive machining performance. The modular spindle design accommodates various cutting characteristics to meet diverse machining requirements. The Y-axis features an ultra-high rigidity roller-type linear slide rail, merging the robust cutting rigidity of hard rails with the swift movement and low wear of linear slides, substantially enhancing rigidity and control.
Our three-axis system incorporates internationally acclaimed brand roller guide rails known for their robust rigidity and outstanding dynamic accuracy. Taiwan-made, large-diameter grinding ball screws are used for the three-axis transmission, offering a compact structure with smooth movements, minimal thermal elongation, and high precision. The screw support system forms a highly stable and rigid mechanical transmission mechanism. The high-precision spindle guarantees consistent and reliable lubrication for spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains long-term stability during operations.
