1. This machine tool is a four axis two linkage (X, Z axis) vertical CNC internal and external cylindrical compound grinder, which adopts the Siemens 828D CNC system, Once clamping can grind the inner round hole, inner step hole, outer circle and outer end face of the work piece. lncluding automatic feeding, rough grinding and fine grinding; the grinding wheel feed, retreat, grinding wheel dressing and compensation are automatically completed. 2. The machine tool adopts X1,X2 axis horizontal independent feed; Z1, Z2 axis independent up and down reciprocating grinding frame structure; The X/Z-axis is closed loop controlled by grating ruler. The upper and lower reciprocating grinding frames are balanced by hydraulic balancing device to ensure the balance of up and down movement. 3. The speed of the grinding wheel is variable frequency speed regulation, and the corresponding speed of the grinding wheel can be selected according to the needs of the work piece. At the same time, vertical grinding head or horizontal grinding head shall be configured according to the needs of users for processing parts. 4. The guide rail adopts roller linear steel guide rail: The screw rod adopts high-precision ball screw rod.The guideway and ball screw of the machine tool are automatically lubricated by the lubrication station, lt is also protected by a sealed enclosure. 5. The work piece spindle adopts static spindle. The work piece is clamped with chuck or electromagnetic chuck and other fixtures can be configured according to the particularity of the user's parts. 6. The machine tool is provided with two different types of protective covers, semi enclosed and fully enclosed, for users to choose. The precise filtering device with magnetic separation and paper tape is used for filtering the coolant. The machine tool can be equipped with diamond roller dresser or single point diamond pen dresser.
