1.Wire section: top wire table width 9m, below wire table width 18m, frame welded by #45 steel plate. with 1 set of open-type stainless steel head box and ceramics vocuum suction box, with double evener rolls. 2.Press section: (1st press) one big diameter press, (2nd press) Φ1100mm×3050mm×3500mm marble roll and rubber roll press, equipment with pneumatic pressure device. 3.Dryer section:Φ1500mm×3050mm×3500mm alloy dryer can 22+12 sets,with dry screen device,scraper 34 sets, semi enclosed dryer hood 2 group. 4.Sizing section:Φ750mm×2950mm×3500mm sizing machine 1 set. 5.Calender section: Φ500/550mm two roll calender machine 1 set.
6.Winding section: 2640mm horizontal pneumatic winding machine.
