SEPLITE ® Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin
The Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin is the type of ion exchange resin with functional group of sulfonic acid The Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resins have two types, the gel and the macroporous type. The macroporous strong acid cation exchange resin shows an excellent dynamic characteristics. The gel type has excellent properties for industrial water softening and demineralization application. It has standard crosslinkage, which is usually used in mixed bed; the higher crosslinkage resin shows a longer operating life, and used in regenerable mixed bed. The Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin shows an excellent physical and chemical stability, which operates at any pH(0-14), and are relatively stable to temperture, even in high temperatures of 100-120ºC. The Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin is applied in a wide variety of fields including water purification, water softening, waste water treatment, purification of pharmaceuticals and food, chemistry,and catalysis.
