This machine is equipped with Φ 4- Φ 12 ring dies with various hole diameter, users can choose according to different needs and customize the ring die according to their needs.
The characteristics of this pellet mill:

Product structure and working principle
Product structure:
This machine consists of a base, a gearbox, a pressing chamber, a discharge section, an electric motor, etc.
Working principle:
The reducer is a multi-stage parallel axis helical gear reducer used for hard tooth surface reduction. The motor is a vertical structure V1 and is directly connected to the instrument panel.
During work, the raw materials are vertically fed into the feeding cylinder through the feeding port and onto the frame plate. The rotation of the frame plate continuously and uniformly distributes the materials on the surface of the mold cavity (the contact surface between roller and ring die). Under the rolling of the roller, the powdered materials pass through the holes of the mold (uniformly distributed on the through holes of the ring die inner surface). During this process, the material is subjected to high pressure and temperature, resulting in physical or appropriate chemical changes (depending on the material), which promote the formation of a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body in the powdered material. This cylindrical solid body continues to elongate until it is cut off by the cutting blades around the uniformly distributed mold, forming particles of certain specifications; The particles scattered around the mold are concentrated at the discharge port by the feeding teeth, and the particles automatically fall under the action of gravity, thus completing the pressing process of the particles.
