2Y-25/5 F Crawler Type CPT Machine
CPT machine uses hydraulic rams to push the CPT probe into the soil ground in even speed. The resistance of the cone probe penetrating soil, producing the changes of the electric resistance into the signals of quantity of electric charge, which is sent to the computer on the ground to record, analyze and give out the geotechnical engineering properties of soil and delineating soil stratigraphy. It is used in soft soil, adhesive soil, clay, sandy soil etc.
2Y-25F-5 hydraulic crawler has good features of the similar products in the market. It has compact structure, small size, large power and:
1. Use the crawler to support and move, can work in tough working environment such as beach, river bank, sand lands, paddy fields etc., and can walk on the icy roads.
2. Advanced hydraulic system, compact structure, small size, easy to install, small loss to the pressure etc.
3. Use sliding hydraulic anchoring system, big torque hydraulic motor to rotate the anchor legs into the ground. When doing CPT, the anchoring system can slide out the vehicle, and slide back after finish CPT work.
4. For shallow depth CPT test, no need to do anchoring, just use the small CPT machine on the vehicle.
5. This machine can lift itself up by their hydraulic ram legs, can be easily to load on/off transportation vehicles.
6. The machine is multiple purpose, it is not only an ideal equipment for CPT, but also can be used for CPTU, PMT, DMT, VCT, WVT testings(corresponding accessories are required)
