The 23 liter pulping machine cuts, damages, rubs, splits, moistens, and refines various textile fiber slurries through the mechanical action of the knife roller and bed plate. The pulping machine is widely used for pulping various plant fibers, synthetic fibers, coal textile fibers, and glass fibers This model can change the heavy thallium pressure, beating time, and automatically control the beating time to obtain different experimental results.
Principle: The pulp, which has been measured and has a specified concentration, is beaten between the flying blade and the bottom blade of the Valley beater. During the beating process, samples are taken at regular intervals and the free degree of the pulp is measured.
