Brief Introduction of Nail Making Machine
The nail making machine is designed to automatically manufacture 1-6 inch nails, which can produce 200-450 nails per minute. And the working principle is to feed the Q195/SEA1008/ SEA1006/Q235 low carbon steel wire into the nail making machine and then cut the steel wire into nails.

2. Bearing structure and longer lifetime. Nail making machine main parts (Shaft, Cam, Gear) are made of high grade steel with professional heat treatment to ensure nails machine have longer working life and less time maintenance.
3. Auto lubrication. It can lubricate machine parts automatically through adding the lubricant into the small oil tank.
4. Each nail making machine will supply related spare parts of nail mould, nail knife and punch pin, ect.
