Product Specification
This is our 80t/24h wheat flour milling line. It can process 80 tons of raw wheat in 24 hours. The line is from A to Z, meaning from start to end, including the wheat cleaning, milling, sifting, packing, and control system.
The sieve removes all impurities from wheat in order to reduce dust and impurities in the workshop. Then, it can ensure that retral equipment runs well and avoid jamming of slip and wheat bin exit. Also, the machine behind wheat scour is better for removing mud, broken wheat, small impurities, and hair that form the scourer.
The destoner is applied to efficiently separate stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of
grain. It can remove all the impurities, such as steel, stones, ropes, and so on. High separating efficiency-excellent grain cleaning.
The scourer is primarily designed for applications in the first and second cleaning sections for the surface treatment of wheat, durum, and rye:- for removing impurities and adhering contamination(dust, sand earth lumps, small seeds. etc.),- for improving product sanitation by reducing the microbe count(bacteria) and the insect and insect fragment count(filth count).

No, it is because the maize and wheat Physical Characteristics are different,like the shape, and the hardness, all are different, and the final product flour size is also different. The cleaner,the roller mill parameter, and the plansifter sieve all are different.As professional manufacture for maize meals or flour, cannot process maize and wheat same time.
