1K Basecoat: Lemon Yellow M127

1K basecoat
1. Product features: One component (1K) basecoat color pure, complete varieties. With universal dilute, spraying effect is better.
2. Application: Mainly used for all kinds of vehicle coating or part repair, can also be used in furniture or industrial products on the spraying.
3. Suitable substrate: old coat or medium coat surface that has been polished and dried and dusted.
4. Mixing ratio (volume ratio) : 1(1K color paint): 1-1.3(thinner)
5. Spraying viscosity and use time: before use should be mixed evenly, viscosity to 13-15 seconds (coating -4 cups, 20ºC).
6. Construction requirements: Choose 1.3-1.5mm caliber spray gun, air pressure 3-5 bar, spray 2-3 single layers, film thickness of about 15-25um.
7. Drying time: Stand and air dry for 15-20 minutes, then spray 2K varnish series.
8. Points for attention:
(1) After spraying (1K) primer paint, only appropriate standing time is needed to spray varnish cover light, generally after the paint matte finish is appropriate or refers to the touch dry; The standing time should not exceed 1.5 hours, otherwise it will cause varnish peeling.
(2) If there are dust particles on the paint surface, use P1500-P2000 sandpaper, gently grind off, lightly spray paint 1 time, and then spray varnish.
(3) In case of high temperature, high humidity environment or large area spraying, you can increase the amount of diluent or choose extra slow dry diluent.
