Operating Principle:
Based on its internal structure and mechanical motion. Rotary vane vacuum pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor and rotary vane. The rotor is mounted eccentrically in the pump chamber, and the clearance between its outer edge and the top surface of the pump chamber is very small, usually 2 to 3 microns. The rotor is equipped with a plurality of slides which slide in the rotor groove and remain in contact with the inner wall of the pump chamber, thus dividing the pump chamber into multiple studios of variable volume.
When the rotor rotates, the sliding plate slides along the inner wall of the pump cavity under the action of centrifugal force, forming a crescent shaped space. These Spaces change volume as the rotor rotates. The volume of space connected with the suction port gradually increases, and the gas is inhaled; The volume of space connected with the exhaust port is gradually reduced, and the inhaled gas is compressed and discharged through the exhaust valve 12. In addition, the exhaust valve is usually immersed in oil, and the oil enters the pump chamber through the exhaust valve and the oil hole, forming an oil film that seals the gap between the suction chamber and the exhaust chamber to prevent gas back flow.
